Suipacha (2025)
"Suipacha" is a work that forms part of a series about my childhood.
It tells the story of a time in my life when I was truly happy and everything felt possible. The place holds a special meaning within my family’s collective memory.
By merging two of my greatest passions—art and design—the circle appears as a symbol representing those who played a meaningful role during my time in that place... from afternoons walking across the fields with my grandfather, horseback rides near the marsh with my aunt, my fingers covered in mud while digging for worms as my mother read beside me, Charly sitting in his chair in the shade of the house, Carmen cooking her stews, Carola, the dog, chasing after my brother, and Bolita, a dog—but with a human soul—whom I carry in my heart and still see in my dreams.
